Okay! So I've decided that I shall not be lazy and shall start posting all my late posts! But I also figured out that I don't have enough energy and time to post everything, so I shall just post 10 events, continuously for 10 days. So for the first one, it'll be post-promotional examinations outing with my clique. It's been more than 2 months since Promos ended.. Wow.
Okay, so we decided to go to Bugis for good food. We really couldn't decide on what to eat because there's simply too many food down there. But since we wanted to go for karaoke after lunch, we decided to go to Bugis+ as it's the most convenient mall in Bugis since there's Ksuite there. Ksuite is like a sister-company of Kbox. I personally prefer Ksuite more because its environment and atmosphere is really good. The song list over there is rather updated too.
Okay, so we decided to eat at this Japanese charcoal BBQ restaurant. It looks super hip and cool. I can't remember the shop name anymore because it's been 2 months.. LOL.
There's graffiti decorations all over the wall and it looks really cool.
lol then there's this mini stage for their special "performers" to perform at.
It's really cool because they made use of the legit charcoal. This is my first time going to a BBQ restaurant in Singapore that uses real charcoal in the shop rather than the normal one running on electricity. This is an ala carte buffet so you don't get to take the meat you want yourself, instead, you'll just have to order it and they'll bring it to your table. But since it's a buffet, of course it's free-flow and you can order as many times as you want to.
For a start, they'll just give you a full-set meat platter (which consists of enoki mushroom, pork belly, pork collar, bacon and beef) and a seafood platter (which consists of prawn, mussel, salmon and sotong). But I guess they forgot to give us the salmon platter, lol.
They served the chicken meat separately though.
And this is the charcoal pit that I was talking about~ You can see the charcoal right? Haha.
We ordered a lot of additional meat and salmon~
And this is the Kawaii me eating my meat Korean style.
Oh their bacon tasted really nice because it wasn't too salty and fatty. Hehe!
Their salmon was really nice too. Love the sauce +___+ !!!
Oh, we actually accidentally ordered way too much food. And of course, Choomin isn't the kind of person that will want to waste food, thus we decided to get rid off the food by giving it to the Japanese students that just came into the shop. LOL. And we decided to use 美人计 on them, thus we got Shihui to deliver the ^ platter over. LOL It looks gross as hell, I don't even know where she get the courage to bring this plate of disgusting thing over. LMAO.
Ah yeah, these are the boys. LOL~
Then we went over to Ksuite after lunch, but it was fully booked... So our plans got ruined and we ended up going to Bugis street to walk around.
Shihui and Choomin ended up sharing this crepe.. If I remembered correctly, they bought a nutella crepe. It tasted quite nice I guess, but their workers' attitude were equivalent to trash. LMAO. So I prolly won't ever patronize them again unless I see a different batch of staff working there.
We also walked all the way to the other side of Bugis, the one near all the temples, because I wanted to get my soya bean. It's really nice and cheap.
Since it's a HOT day, Liting and I ended up getting a cup of nice and cold watermelon juice to share after we walked past Bugis street again. Haha.
It's really nice going out with them, especially Choomin since our food taste is relatively similar and we don't really like to eat expensive food, but when needed, we definitely won't mind spending. It's nice to have a friend like this aye. :)
