Day 3 - M'sia trip + SS5 M'sia (22-11-13 ~ 25-22-13)
Hello!!!!! The photos were uploaded really quickly this time round. Prolly because there's a lot of cute faces this time (my fACE) !! Okay, this is just a warning, there's a lot of selfies this time round since I cannot find the photos from my DSLR.. I have no idea which memory card is it in.. So I'm just uploading the photos from my phone~Oh and also, this is really a very late post since this event actually happened in November last year.. But I was too starstruck (
Not sure if you realized, but this legendary photo has been serving me really well as my Instagram display picture for the past one year.. Until I decided to change it to my side-profile photo because I wanted to have the same photo as display picture for both my Instagram and Twitter account.
The day started really early since we wanted to avoid the traffic jam. I really love going to Malaysia (by car that is) since it's literally going overseas hAHAHA. 너무 convenient!!!!
The famous claypot bak kut teh store that we always frequent in Malaysia. It's reasonably priced and also extremely hot and delicious. T_T We headed straight for Genting highlands after breakfast. I remember very clearly that we were watching Now you see me in the car while my Dad was driving. Omo we have arrived at Genting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then we waited awhile for check-in and all that nonsense. When we went into the hotel room, I felt kinda creep out since there's so many rumors about hotel spirits.. I mean, I do read a lot of True Singapore ghost stories when I was younger. I shared a room with my brother while my parents shared another room ((LUL, you don't say)). It was linked though, our rooms. OmO SELFIE TIEMZ. KAWAII HAIR?!?! oH I miss my braces..
I have really bad eyebags and dark-eyed circle since god knows when.
But then it was too cold so I put my ((idek what to call that)) back on.
oMO IT'S SEXSHI UNNIE.
Okay then the three of us went around to shop and look around, hunting for dinner.
The outdoor amusement park was closed, they were renovating it.. Hopefully it'll be opened after Alevels, so I can go there and check it out. heh. I've never been to their outdoor amusement park because it looked kinda creepy and scary.. Sorry I don't really trust them with my life back then. Omo it's Burger King for the queen (me). oh, we went for steamboat for dinner. It really felt super good having steamboat and BBQ when the weather is so hella cold. I've always wonder how does that feel like since the Hongkong & Korea dramas always talk about how nice it is to have steamboat during winter. At first it was Tomyum soup base. Then we changed it to a clear broth. huhu
It's only been a year but my brother looks like an absolute fetus in this photo as compared to now.
Then we went to the Bubbles & Bite cafe.
The food was great!! Especially their Cheesecake! I uploaded this photo onto Instagram before. LOL. I don't frequent cafes when I'm in Singapore because I don't think it's worth spending so much on the ambiance rather than the food. I mean, I'm not saying that cafe food isn't nice, it's just that they're way over-priced.. Lul! PaRTLY, it's also because I'm not a rich person thus this kind of treat (once in awhile) really makes me happy. Cafe food is considered a luxury good to me, not a normal good, and definitely NOT a necessity. Satisfied customer '13.
Then we went to the arcade since my brother wanted to play some gaMEZ. I tried the motorcycle game, and of course, I lost.
It was quite late then I think, so we went back to the hotel. I slept relatively early because I had to prepare for my big day (23rd Nove '13) LOL.
When I woke up the next morning, I was so damn excited. I mean, who wouldn't be?!?! First overseas concert right after Olevel's.. Life's good.
OMO IT's a dumbass loser!!!! but yeah, you have to admit that my hair is cool. So I left my DSLR in the hotel room because my mum was worried that the securities would be corrupted and they'll steal my camera during bagcheck or detain me and not allow me to enter. .. LOL. I really regretted not bringing as the security there were really slack on the photography security... But then again, I was glad I didn't bring or I'll be too busy taking fancams. Okay, I met Jingrou and Kelly at the queue since the moshpit were combined under "rock zone" LOL. But we didn't attend the concert together because they went for Right mosh and I went for Left. If you think you're cool when you ever watched a movie alone, I went for an overseas concert alone. BEAT THAT YOU MF. Kidding. But really, I thought I was really cool.. HAHAHA THE THINGS I DO FOR THEM. Fangirls are really dumb. But yeap, it was a great experience for a young and foolish teenage girl. And I don't regret. Okay, Kyuchon chicken (A Koream fried chicken shop that Suju endorsed) was there selling chicken, so I bought 2 boxes to share with Kelly and Jingrou while waiting in the queue. In Malaysia, they have this priority queue system, where all you need to do is to spend 5rm to buy the spritzer (a brand of mineral water). It's so freaking cheap?! But the queue to buy the package was pretty long.. Nonetheless, we queued for it. Then we took turns to queue and walk around, hunting for fansites.. I was collecting cards for the two of them, myself and also Amira which didn't get to go because it was during her exams I think. Oh did I mention that I bought my ticket from this M'sian girl? I think she got the tickets at the early birds' price since that's what's stated on her ticket... But she sold it to me at the original price -_- I was quite pissed but I didn't wanna risk not having a ticket so I just went ahead with it. Oh, we queued under the freaking sun by the way.. This made me feel that Running into the Sun(the company that brought in SJ for all the previous Supershows in Singapore) isn't that bad of an organizer. Okay so, finally time to enter. It was so fucking crowded I almost died. You know what's worse? I think this is prolly the first time many of them are attending a concert (SS4 didn't stop at Malaysia) since they were all so freaking impatient. Oh and the security guards were pretty dog because they made them surrender all their umbrellas. HAHAHAHA WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY THEIR UMBRELLAS?! A lot of cameras were smuggled in as the bag check was really slack. That was when I started regretting not bringing my DSLR. But I brought in my normal digital camera and my iPhone.
Like I said, I think the people in my pit that day were really inexperienced, they didn't wanna take the first row of mosh pit at the corner, all of them were running towards the middle stage, which I thought was really stupid. I don't usually fancy being trapped, I prefer running around in the moshpit rather than standing at the front row, but since I managed to secure the front row (legitly), i just went ahead with it. Placed my bag and stuffs on the floor so that even if I were to run off, I can just come back. Yep, that's the rule of the game. The people around me in the front row were mostly the Japanese fans.
When the lights go out, the screaming starts. And as you can see, I'm really really in the front row. Who gives a shit about the mainstage anyway. First stage. Look at that beautiful sapphire blue ocean. Okay, things start getting exciting from here on. My bias (at that point in time. I'm not too sure anymore because it feels weird loving a married guy. fu) came over to the Japanese Heechul-stan beside me because she was holding up a sign that says "뽀뽀" which meant kiss. Then he bend down and got it from her...................
Yeah he freaking kissed it. My shitass camera decided to unfocus itself at that point in time.
The girl then allowed me to take a picture of her banner since she saw that I'm a Min-stan. LOL.
Ommo, it's my favorite Heechul oppar.
Then it was during their cosplay stage. Kyumin kept playing with each other at the mainstage then so I basically didn't get to see him. But Hyukjae was right infront of me.
I just realiZed he look into my camera here. lol.
Yep, my favorite maknae. HE WAS SO FREAKING BOUNCY AND CUTE THAT DAY.
Then this asshole came over during the end to say bye. lol. I was really grateful and thankful that I was able to see him live in that hair of his. I've always had a fetish for light colored (white/silver/blond/gold) hair boys/men, so being able to see my bias with that hair colour in real life for the very first (and prolly last since he's enlisting) time made me really happy. T_T
BUNNYYYYYYYYY. Oh, his red hair is smexy as hell.
Yes, I told you my spot would be the perfect spot.
My favorite voice of Suju. NORMU EMOTIONAL.
AWWW baby's dimples..
Lol okay, the photos are kinda blur because I can't find my camera and these are all the sceenshots from my phone's video. I used my phone to take video and digital camera to take photos. Yes, I'm that good at multi-tasking when it comes to nonsense like that. So yep, all the photos here are mine. Since it's been more than a year and my fandom people won't be reading my personal blog, I can't be bothered to watermark them. I'm also too lazy to upload too many members' photos.. And yeah I didn't manage to get a clear video of all the members so.... Mmmm.
I was quite sad when the concert ended. But yeah, I was really happy it happened too.
omo stage selfies!!!!!!!!!! Then we went back to Genting for the night. PS the concert wasn't at Genting (duh) so we had to make a trip down and up. Really love my parents!!!!!!!!! But actually if you think about it, the arrangement was kinda stupid, since we checked out from Genting's hotel the next day, and went down to another hotel. LOL.
See, I'm freaking sunburnt from queuing under the sun. ;___; but oKAY, the 'tears' were actually from the fanproject during Marry Me I think.. but the moshpit people don't really take part in the fanprojects, it's normally just the terrace people. WHy? Because they're seated comfortably in their seats while we're standing and running around like mad people.
We went for lunch before checking into the hotel. There was this bakery beside the coffee shop we were eating at. They were selling these really small, cute, hot and delicious eggtarts!! I think that was my first time eating eggtarts that just came out of the oven. It was really really really good. We bought a few boxes back for me to give it to my relative and friends.
Just look at that smooth, runny egg.
I really enjoy buying cheap and nice food. It's so worth my money and time.
They sold apple tarts too, but I ate them before I took a picture......not sorry.
The hotel we were staying in was directly beside this mall, so right after we checked in, we went to shop.
This is some mango blended juice. It's nothing fantastic, but yep, not bad.
idk??? I look so damn bald. But okay//
I miss my fringe.
Oh, look at this shirt. Dat English.
We went to another mall which is further away from out hotel after we finished stolling at the first mall.
Oh there's this really cool shop selling mochi, and of course I bought it. My mum doesn't fancy eating these, so it's just my dad, my bro and I.
As you can see, there's three flavours, and mine is obviously the green tea flavoured one.
It was already night time when we ate our mochi. I cannot remember what we had for dinner since I didn't take a picture... LOL. I mean, come on, it has been 13 months.
There isn't much to do so my mum went to shop at the supermarket in the mall the next day.
Okay, I'm not sorry because it really was a good-hair-day. I love the colour and the fringe.
Can't wait for Alevels' to be over so that I can go re-dye my hair and do crazy shit to it. Now, this is a really long ass post. I'm so mentally-drained now... Why am I even doing this?
