No matter in which aspect, as long as a person has to ability to capture your attention, it prolly says something about that person. Be it if he/she is good-looking, cool, suave, smart, nice, cute, whatever, there's something good about him/her that draws you in. 

Which is why, I strongly believe that we should let them know. 

Amazing people have the rights to feel amazing.

So we should all just grow some balls and then let them know. I mean, it doesn't necessarily mean that you're pursuing that person or something. You're just letting them know that they're special, one way or another. Why? Because you'll never know when they need some motivation in life, and it'll never hurt to make somebody feel better about themselves. :)
